Kidnappers panic, shoot victim dead

The 28-year-old son of a senior advocate, who worked as an assistant in the legal cell of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and was kidnapped on Monday evening, was found shot dead in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
