Union minister of state for health Sudip Bandopadhyay on Monday gave a clean-chit to the Mamata Banerjee government for the death of 17 new-borns at Dr B.C. Roy Memorial Hospital for Children in Kolkata. He also rubbished the reports of negligence into the death of 17 infants at Burdwan Medical College and Hospital in Burdwan.
