Adani Power executive director Ravi Sharma resigns

Adani Power, the electricity generating unit of Adani Enterprises, on Tuesday said its executive director Ravi Sharma has tendered his resignation for personal reasons.

The resignation will come into effect from June 30, the company said in a statement. Sharma's responsibilities will now be handled by executive director Vineet Jain, who will now oversee project implementation and business development initiatives of the power business, the company said.
