Zayed was the big daddy on the sets

On the sets of Love, Breakup, Zindagi, producer Zayed Khan was the “big daddy”, says his co-producer Dia Mirza. “Zayed was always like the man in control. Whenever we would have any trouble on the sets, we would rush to him for comfort,” she says, adding, “I am first time producer, so I treated everyone like guests; I pampered them and made them feel comfortable. Zayed kept reminding me to take rest. He was very concerned and caring about everyone on sets. There was no hierarchy in the environment.”
The film is nearing its completion and Dia says that she has emerged a lot wiser now. “I have gained so much insight into the filmmaking process. It’s been very exciting to watch our baby grow,” she says.
