Vivek completes a decade

Ten years ago this day saw Vivek Oberoi make a smashing debut in Company. He soon became the industry’s blue-eyed boy with more hits such as Saathiya and Masti and lots of critical acclaim forYuva and Omkara. The years in between saw Vivek go through many highs and lows, both personally and professionally. He became the poster boy of controversies and his films too began to topple at the box office.
Today Vivek seems to have left all that behind. Sitting pretty on a handful of promising projects he hopes to revive his career. A close friend of his says, “He is in his mental and physical best today. All negativity has been thrown out of the window and now all he wants is his work to speak for itself.”
We want the same too.
