Vidyut-Mona call it quits

Vidyut Jamwal seems to have distanced himself from girlfriend Mona Singh, if sources close to the couple can be believed. The actress’ MMS scandal didn’t perturb Vidyut, but it played havoc with Mona’s frame of mind.

“Mona has been extremely disturbed after the clips surfaced and that created a rift between Vidyut and her. Vidyut has been busy meeting filmmakers after the release of his film Commando, but Mona took his absence to be the after-effect of the MMS. She started complaining about him to family and close friends. Vidyut on his part tried his best to make it work, but last week they decided that it was best to break things off,” said one friend of the couple.
Friends claim that the controversy would have been enough to test any relationship, and that although Mona had Vidyut’s support, the relationship simply couldn’t be sustained. “To be honest, it was Mona’s fear that marred the relationship. Her insecurities resulted in the end of what could have been a strong relationship,” our source added.
