It’s a lesson Aishwarya Rai Bachchan learned last year (with Action Replayy and Guzaarish), and one that Kareena Kapoor should hopefully be able to avoid in 2012. We’re talking about having two of your projects clash at the box office, to the detriment of both.
Kareena faces a tricky situation with Saif Ali Khan’s Agent Vinod (pegged for a February 10 release) and Karan Johar’s Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu (slated to arrive on the weekend preceding Valentine’s Day).
But a source said KJo will give way: “This would be the second time Karan will reschedule Ek Main... for Kareena. It was meant to release last November, but Karan postponed it so Bebo could focus on Ra.One.”
