Sheila Ki Jawani inspires Chetan

Katrina Kaif’s sensual moves in the raunchy Sheila Ki Jawani have ensnared most men in the country, but none with as disastrous effect as best-selling author Chetan Bhagat. Chetan met the actress at a recent book launch where they were both guests and he lost no time in telling her just how mesmerised he was by her latest cinematic turn. He revealed that Kat’s distracting jhatkas had kept him from finishing his next book.
“I have watched the song 96 times on Youtube,” revealed the author sheepishly. “I was writing once and I tried to do both together — watching and writing. Suddenly I got a smack on my head — it was my wife and she asked me, ‘What are you doing?’ I said, ‘I am writing.’ So she pointed to the TV and said, ‘What is this?’ I said, ‘That’s my inspiration’.”
There’s bound to be a conflict of interest between fans waiting as avidly for Kat’s next dance number as those looking forward to Chetan’s next novel.
