Salman-Sajid, friends no more
Sajid Nadiadwala’s decision to go ahead and make a film with Shah Rukh Khan has not gone down well with his best friend Salman Khan. As an immediate reaction to the news, Salman has decided to postpone his film Kick with Sajid indefinitely.
Our source said, “Salman is known to be impulsive. Sajid is one of his closest friends in Bollywood. He was shocked and surprised to know that his best friend has gone ahead and signed on his arch rival SRK for his next film. In a petulant and somewhat vindictive move, he postponed his dates for Sajid’s film Sanki, which is a remake of the South hit Kick. Those dates have now gone to Boney Kapoor for a film which will either be No Entry part 2 or Mr. India 2, depending on which script is ready around that time.”
Another source said, “Sajid had informed Salman about the film he planned to make with SRK but Salman was not okay with the decision. Sajid always wanted to make a film with SRK and although the actor did a cameo for him in Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, this will be the first time he will play the lead in Sajid’s film.”
