Sallu turns editor to avoid Veer mistake

Salman Khan’s penchant for writing is well known, and the actor tried his hand at it by scripting Veer. But of late, Salman has developed an interest in editing too.
Salman is currently busy shooting for Dabangg, but sources say the star is involved in the editing process as well. The film editor is not allowed to edit or snip a single scene without Salman having a look at it. Once the actor gives the go ahead, the editing process takes place, our source said.
“Since Veer did not do well, Salman wants to ensure that the same mistakes aren’t repeated. Ever since the success of Wanted, Salman takes a keen interest in every aspect of his films. He has taken a leaf out of Aamir Khan’s book and is now making sure that he pays attention to every ‘department’ of filmmaking. All this is because he wants his films to do well at the box office,” the source claimed.
