Sajid’s teary moment

Funnyman Sajid Khan found himself on the other side of the fence when he broke into tears on the sets of his film. And the reason seems to be none other than veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty. Recalling the incident, a unit member says, “It was an emotional moment for Sajid to direct Mithunda. He had been preparing himself all day long because he is completely in awe of him. When Mithunda’s first shot of the film was okayed in the first take, Sajid had tears in his eyes.”
When quizzed, an initially reluctant Sajid confessed, “He was an inherent part of my growing up years and I had once told him that I’ll approach him when I have something that presents him in a different light altogether. And being able to do that finally, was a big high for me. But I surprised myself when I couldn’t hold back my tears.”
