Sajid’s house is full with languages
To reach out to all sections and all regions of the country is something every filmmaker aspires for. Sajid Khan is going one step further with his film Housefull 2. To ensure people from across the country connect with his film, Sajid is including as many Indian languages in it as possible. “To reflect Indian culture, Sajid has incorporated the languages into the script,” says a source.
So while Akshay Kumar will be shown speaking Haryanvi, John Abraham speaks Telugu. Mithun Chakraborty, Johnny Lever and Riteish Deshmukh all speak Marathi, while Shreyas Talpade speaks Sindhi. Boman Irani speaks in his native Gujarati, as do the Kapoor brothers — Rishi and Randhir. Even foreign languages are incporated: Chunkey Pandey speaks Pushtu. All of which resulted in great fun even on the sets, as the actors spoke their given languages, also causing much confusion.
