Ranveer opens his big mouth again

In an industry brimming with inflated egos and volatile tempers, one would expect the young Turks to watch their words. But perhaps actor Ranveer Singh doesn’t subscribe to this notion. While the whole industry is going gaga over Salman Khan’s latest release Ek Tha Tiger, Ranveer, who didn’t quite like the film, promptly went ahead and tweeted about it saying, “Ek Tha Tiger felt absolute bore…” He did try to do a bit of damage control by adding, “But the last 15 minutes was magical...” but the question is will that be enough?

The last time someone tried to ruffle a Khan’s feather, it resulted in a Shirish Kunder eating humble pie and publicly apologising to SRK for dissing Ra.One. Although Salman is yet to react to Ranveer’s candid remark, insiders feel that the latter needs to be more careful. “We know his shoots have kept him away from the city for long periods, but it appears that he hasn’t been reading the papers. We wonder what’s in store for him for making such a strong remark against Salman Khan,” says an insider.
Is it naiveté or is it bravado?
