Ramu weaves twisted tales

Kaisa Ye Pyaar Hai could very well be the title for Ram Gopal Varma’s latest project. A love story based on the infamous Maria Susairaj case, where she and her boyfriend Emile Jerome murdered her current lover and then disposed off his body, the film has Mahi Gill in the lead and is called A Love Story.
But far from being satisfied with taking up a truly twisted story however, Ramu is looking at the project as an opportunity to turn every possible romantic notion on its head. “So don’t expect any candy floss, roses, good-looking visuals and protagonists and a romantic soundtrack,” says an associate of the director. Err…wasn’t that to be expected given the nature of the plot?
Ramu confirms that this is going to be one hatke love story: “This film is not for the faint hearted.”
