Race 2 heroines to kick some butt

While the leading ladies of Race only served the purpose of eye candy, the sequel will not be the same. Director duo Abbas-Mustan wants his new set of heroines — Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandes and Ameesha Patel — to show off their femme fatale side as well.
Says a source, “All of them are currently being trained to get their kicks and punches right.” Apparently, the directors wanted to go beyond the mundane action sequences. Says one of the actresses on condition of anonymity, “When I first heard of it, I didn’t think it would be practically possible. But now that the film is progressing, I can see it unfold before my eyes.” As long as they win the “race”…
