Preity: Little Miss Efficiency

Even as industry captains talk about the importance of hiring locals, there’s one diva who’s already putting it into practice, with a twist. Preity Zinta has ferried over a bunch of Indians to Paris to work as errand boys on the sets of her latest film (Ishq in Paris), and word is that she’s paying them quite a steep rate. Is this a lesson Ms Zinta picked up in her business classes?
Preity shrugs it off with a “It will be a start-to-finish shoot. There’s a lot of running around that’s required. So to save time, money and effort, we’ve all chalked out our responsibilities,” says Preity.
Efficient indeed!
