‘Parineeti is amazing’

Shahid Kapoor has always been on the receiving end of numerous speculations about his personal life. The actor has always maintained a neutral stance on most rumours without caring to confirm or deny them. After a bitter breakup with alleged girlfriend Priyanka Chopra, the actor seems to have moved on.

A while ago there was talk again about something brewing between him and Parineeti Chopra who is also his co-star in an upcoming Yash Chopra film. When we quizzed him about her, Shahid made no bones about his admiration for Parineeti. He said, “I have seen Parineeti when she was this typical Punjabi bubbly girl. She is amazing in front of the camera and I have loved her performances in her films. I am sure she will outshine everybody else.” That’s some high praise from the otherwise reticent Kapoor boy. Currently, he is looking forward to a busy year ahead with a bunch of films lined up. Ask him if Parineeti will be a part of his other films as well, besides the YRF one they are currently working on, and he says, “I’m told that I’m doing Rajkumar Santoshi’s next film. You see, right now I don’t even have confirmation on my own films, how can I tell you about Parineeti’s films?”
