For star kids, it’s nearly inevitable to follow in their parents’ footsteps. After the Kapoors and the Bachchans it’s now the Khan’s turn to take the legacy forward. And gearing up for the tinseltown is none other than Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan. A splitting image of her mother, Sara is not too far away from making her debut. “She has already had a discussion with her parents and being actors themselves, they have decided to support her choice,” says Amrita’s close friend. Recently, Saif was overheard sharing Sara’s plan with a co-actor. “He has no issues but he is adamant that his children complete their education first,” adds the source.
Incidentally, between Sara and son Ibrahim, Saif is closer to his daughter. “The doting father makes sure he spends quality time with his daughter and Sara too understands the demands of her father’s work and lifestyle,” adds the source. Even during her grandfather Tiger Pataudi’s funeral and the recent crowning of Saif as the new Nawab, it was Sara who accompanied her father on all occasions. But will she make the splash on her own, or seek help from daddy like her previous counterparts? Watch this space for more.
