Mixed emotions for PC

She has always been a meticulous planner with all her deals and assignments. Which is why it was only natural for Priyanka Chopra to be upset when she learnt on Wednesday evening, that her latest music album featuring American rapper Pitbull was leaked online before its official launch next month.

“PC had big plans of releasing the song along with the video in July. It’s obvious that those plans have gone out of the window,” says a source close to the actress.
However, there is a silver lining to the episode. Thirty thousand people around the world heard the song in just one day. “That made up for the damage. She was upset, but the stupendous response that the song received lifted PC’s spirits,” adds the source.
The actress resumed work on Tuesday after her father Ashok Chopra’s demise and is back on the sets to shoot. As for the album, the video will be officially released in a few weeks.
