Lucky, but no time for love

Salman Khan, it is widely accepted, is as unlucky in love as he is lucky with box office success. With his films, he has the proverbial Midas touch, every film of his doing better than the one before. But when it comes to his personal life, he is yet to find true love, despite being among the industry’s most desirable men. From Sangeeta Bijlani to Somy Ali, Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif, every one of Salman’s high profile relationships has ended in heartbreak.
But the man himself says it’s not entirely true. “At a recent awards show, Salman was performing on stage when he suddenly announced that he has been extremely lucky in his love life. He said it very abruptly, and while these abrupt jigs of Salman’s have been very popular, it wasn’t quite so this time,” says an eyewitness. “It was almost as if he wanted to make a point to someone.”
Clearly, Salman too admits that there has been no dearth of love in his life but he has instead failed to save these relationships. So what made him bring it up now? Wonder if this little yet impactful speech was meant for a certain Ms. Kaif?
