Lara’s vying with Priyanka

Catfight! Catfight! Only on screen though. And the beauties involved this time are the gorgeous Lara Dutta and sassy Priyanka Chopra. Lara has been signed on to play a parallel lead alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra in Don 2, and the two lasses are sharing screen space after a long time.
The first film Lara and Priyanka had acted in together was with Akshay Kumar in Andaaz, and fans who saw the two beauties together are waiting expectantly for Don 2.
Lara will now be joining the cast, which includes Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Arjun Rampal, who have been retained from the prequel Don.
The earlier version had Eesha Koppikhar as SRK’s girlfriend, but a source said Lara had not been brought in as a replacement for Eesha. An entirely new part has been written for her.
“Lara will have a meatier role than just be seen vying for Shah Rukh’s attention with Priyanka in the story. But yes, the role will require Lara to learn some form of martial arts and she is very kicked about doing an action role,” our source added.
