Among the year’s most awaited films, Dhoom 3, will have an unlikely pairing — that of Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif — for the first time ever. Katrina, who’s made big waves recently for her Chikni Chameli act, says she is excited about working opposite Aamir in a Yash Raj film.
“Dhoom 3 is a prestigious film for Yashji, me and the entire team working on it. I’m really looking forward to working on it,” Katrina enthused, adding that the demands of the role and of living up to the franchise’s legacy has made her spend more time in the gym. “The film requires me to flaunt a toned body and a certain body language that I’m working on,” she says.
While she has never worked opposite Aamir before, she calls him a major influencing factor. “I’m really looking forward to working with Aamir, especially because I’ve never worked with him before. I’m sure it will be a great learning experience,” she says.
And if that wasn’t enough, she has got two further films with YRF. How does it feel to be the newest blue-eyed girl of the YRF camp? “I focus on my work and my competition is only with myself. Everything else is insignificant,” she says.
