Govinda’s film in lurch

What is it with Govinda’s films not releasing? For a superstitious man like Govinda, all means of making his films work seem to be failing. His long pending film Showman is in queue as well. Though 80 per cent of the film has been already wrapped up, there is no certainty around when would the remaining portions get shot. Informs a trade source, “Showman was launched in 2008 around the time when Partner was a huge hit and Govinda was enjoying his third innings in Bollywood. The film faced various hurdles in its way due to which it couldn’t reach the finishing line as per the original plan.
