Farhan’s on a talent hunt

After working with some of the biggest names in the Indian film industry like Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan, director-actor Farhan Akhtar is all set to launch newcomers for the first time in his next film venture.

Farhan along with Ritesh Sidhwani will make a comedy next year under their production house Excel Entertainment, and wants to rope in
newcomers for the same, said our sources. The duo has so far worked only with A-listers in Bollywood and this will be the first time that they would be launching actors. And to select fresh talent for the upcoming comedy film, a nationwide talent hunt is already in progress, added the source.
Ritesh confirms the news. He says, “Yes, we are making a comedy with new actors, but it’s too early to get into other details. In a few weeks, more information will be available.”
