Farah was shocked at first

Choreographer Farah Khan is all set to join the bandwagon of directors who have stepped in front of the camera. She will soon be seen making her acting debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Shireen Farhad.
Farah says, “I was shocked. When Sanjay called and asked me to meet him, I thought he wanted me to work on a song for his next film. But then the whole thing turned upside down and it was an absolute shocker for me.”
Farah, who is busy preparing herself for her new role, says. “I will be doing workshops and besides that I’ll also have to lose some weight and spend more time with my Parsee relatives to get the accent and mannerisms correct,” says Farah who will be playing a character called Shireen Phugwala.
