Dippy not in KJo’s film

Even as all of B’town was busy spinning conspiracy theories about just what made Kareena Kapoor walk out of Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor’s joint project featuring Emraan Hashmi, reports also emerged that Deepika Padukone was the lucky lass who had been roped in as Bebo’s replacement.

Dippy though says she hasn’t yet been approached for the film at all!
“I’m very fond of Karan and I have great respect for him,” Dippy says. “But as for doing the film, I have no idea where the rumours even started from.” Dippy says she was completely baffled as neither Karan nor anyone else from the film’s team had spoken to her.
Unlike Bebo, Dippy also doesn’t have any reservations about working opposite Emraan — should she have indeed been asked to star opposite him. “I’d love to work with Emraan. Currently, he is one of the most viable actors in the industry,” she said, adding that co-stars were not of most importance where a project is concerned, the script is what matters the most.
