Deepika, Madhuri bond over cinema

Deepika Padukone was spotted bonding with Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit recently. The two superstars, who are currently attending the IIFA awards, have been engaging in a lot of animated discussions about cinema. While both the actresses come from different eras in the Hindi film industry, the common factor between them is none other than Shah Rukh Khan, who has shared the screen with both the ladies. And being the gentleman that he is, SRK ensured that the ladies were comfortable in each other’s company.
“The three of them were on the same flight to Macau. Madhuri was all praises for Deepika and vice versa, while SRK took charge of being the common element between them. He has always been famous for putting his leading ladies at ease. Madhuri was overheard complimenting Deepika’s dance skills,” says an eyewitness. In the past, Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone said in an interview that he wants his daughter’s career to shape up like Madhuri’s. Perhaps Dippy is being the obedient daughter.
