Anurag throws party for Wasseypur gang

His hard work is finally paying off. Director Anurag Kashyap whose career took a while to take off, is finally enjoying the success of his films. The filmmaker celebrated the success of his recently released film Gangs Of Wasseypur 2, a sequel to Gangs of Wasseypur by throwing an iftaar party for his new blue-eyed boy Nawazauddin Siddique.

“The party was held on Friday (August 17) at a suburban hotel. It was an iftaar party that Anurag has thrown for his actors and the crew,” said the spokesperson of the film.
Anurag has always been known to share a good equation with his actors, but this is the first time that he in the mood to celebrate. “He has waited long to get this kind of adulation.The iftaar party was his way of thanking the people around him for the support,” says our source.
The star attraction of the party was Nawazuddin, who is basking in the glory of his newfound stardom. Incidentally, a week ago, Baba Siddiqui too threw an iftaar party for Salman Khan and his family. So, are the iftaar parties back in the industry?
