Akshay emulates his idol Jackie

Sources from the sets of Boss tell us that Akshay Kumar has tried to imitate one of his favourite stars, Jackie Chan, in the film. Incidentally, Jackie is the key inspiration behind the comic action stunts shown in the film. A source says, “The film will see a mix of comedy and action. Mixing the two genres is typical of Jackie Chan films. While the action in the film is raw and real, there are portions that are sprinkled with comedy. It’s the kind of action that was made popular by Jackie Chan in the first place.”
Insiders also add that Akshay, who is known for his mastery in action, was very excited by the concept and has gone all out and given his best for these sequences. “He is so fit that he didn’t have any difficulty in performing all these stunts,” the source adds. What are khiladis for?
