Akshay to act in Shirish’s Joker

Shirish Kunder is finally all set to start his second directorial venture titled Joker and the lead actor will be Akshay Kumar who is already working in his production venture Tees Maar Khan, that is being directed by Farah Khan.
A source said, “Shirish wanted to make this film for a long time and now finally everything is falling in place. He will be starting the film in January and Akshay has allotted dates.The actor, who had worked with Shirish in Jaaneman, has now become very close to the latter. Shirish wanted to make the film with Salman at one point of time but things didn’t fall into place then. Now Akshay has given his go-ahead to the project.” The source added, “Meanwhile Shirish is busy producing Tees Maar Khan which is being touted to be one of the hottest projects of all time. It may be recalled that Farah Khan chose to cast Akki in this film after rumours of an alleged fall out between her and best buddy SRK broke out.”
Lets hope Shirish delivers a box office hit now.
