Ajay makes July his own

Stars tend to be superstitious about their films’ release dates, but they generally revolve around festive occasions. Ajay Devgn, after three successive hits, is now looking to make the month of July his own. After delivering July hits like Golmaal Returns, All The Best and Golmaal 3, Ajay has fixed a July date for his upcoming Bol Bachchan as well.

“Bol Bachchan will arrive on July 6 next year,” informs a trade source. “Ajay is co-producing the film and shooting begins later this month.” Interestingly enough, the biggest hits of Ajay’s career have all come in July. “Be it Omkara in 2007 or Once Upon A Time In Mumbai in 2009, Ajay has always enjoyed the month. The only exception was Mehbooba in 2008, but that was a delayed release,” the source adds.
This also means director Rohit Shetty has more time on his hands, as compared to Singham, where he had just four months to wrap up all work.
