Aarav makes up for Akki’s absence

Guess who is forever on Twinkle Khanna’s side when Akshay Kumar is away for promotions and shooting for his films? None other than their nine-year-old son Aarav, who is turning out to be quite a doting son, especially when Twinkle is pregnant with her second child.
“Though he will be turning 10 only next month, he has started picking up responsibilities rather fast. He understands his father’s hectic schedule and has stepped ahead to fill in for Akshay while he is away. He is not leaving Twinkle’s side even one bit,” says a close family member.
Akshay was obviously emotionally charged, when we asked him about it. He said, “I must say that I have never known a child to be so understanding about a new-born. My wife is being looked after by Aarav. It’s incredible to witness and reassuring for any father to know that any minute not spent with his pregnant wife is a minute taken care of by his willing son.”
Guess it’s all in the family after all.
