Aamir to play Bond, desi style

Though he has taken a break from work, Aamir Khan continues to spark off headlines besides reinventing himself with every film he signs on.
Whether it is closed door meetings with the Chopras or his trip to the flood-hit Leh, the 3 Idiots star has been in the eye of the media. The latest buzz in the film industry is that besides the Chopras, Aamir Khan is also in talks with Anil Sharma, director of Gaddar and Veer.

According to our source, this film will have Aamir play a fast and sleek James Bond kind of character. “All the international actors who have played James Bond, have handled their roles with utmost finesse and panache. The script that Anil Sharma is working on is styled along those lines. Aamir’s character spells ultimate sophistication a la James Bond,” said our source.
Interestingly the film is called FBI. Our source added, “It has been titled FBI and will be a state-of-the-art action flick. The official announcement will be made by the end of the year. The last action film Aamir starred in, Ghajini, was a mega hit.
