Aamir halts Talaash shoot for Wasseypur lad

With his role in Gangs of Wasseypur being appreciated by audiences and critics alike, Nawazuddin Siddique has found a new fan in superstar Aamir Khan.

While shooting a scene in Talaash, Aamir and Nawaz got talking, and when Nawaz told Aamir that this was not the first time he was working with him, Aamir was taken aback. Nawaz, in fact, made his big screen debut in the film Sarfarosh with the actor. Nawaz played a brief role as a guy who is knocked around by Aamir.
“It took some time for Aamir to recall the brief scene that he had shot with Nawaz. But when he did, he pulled the actor aside and spoke to him about his long journey in Bollywood,” said a source who observed the interaction.
When questioned about the same, Nawaz says, “I didn’t want to discuss it with Aamir, but with this film life has kind of come a full circle for me. I made my debut with Aamir Khan in Sarfarosh. And he was quite happy with the fact that I faced the camera for the first time in his film.”
Nawaz will be seen playing a pivotal role in Talaash.
